For years, Wes Esquivel (Compass Coaching, Texas) and Alex Castro (Legacy One Group, New Jersey) have supported each other as friends, leaders, and business builders. They bring their combined experience to serve contractors, construction companies, and leadership teams through collaborative coaching, workshops, and strategic events. Though each company operates independently, they unite around a common purpose: to help owners lead better, build stronger teams, and scale healthy businesses.

Our Story

Wes and Alex met years ago working in the roofing and construction industry. What started as a professional relationship grew into a close friendship built on shared values, faith, and a desire to help others succeed. After years of supporting each other’s work, they chose to formally partner through Compass Coaching and Legacy One Group, giving clients access to the strengths of two trusted coaches who know how to build people, companies, and culture.
